What is your Personal Check Policy?
Due to increased fraud and losses, we no longer accept personal checks as payment. We do, however, accept any bank cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo on it via PayPal. You DO NOT have to have or create a PayPal account in order to pay using PayPal's secure server.
What are your shipping options?
All of our orders go out fully insured via USPS Priority 2nd Day to the USA mainland. You should receive it within 5-10 BUSINESS days from your order date, if you order Monday through Friday before 1pm PST.
Will you ship to Canada or other Countries?
We have chosen no longer to ship to Canada or other countries. The shipping expenses and hassle involved with shipping gold into Canada and other countries is no longer a viable option without raising prices and hiring new staff.
Can you custom size?
Yes, most rings and chains can be custom sized. Custom sizing is NON-refundable. There are some items that we cannot custom size due to the design of the items. There is a custom-sizing fee plus or minus the price of gold or Silver. If you want to custom size something, please contact us before you place your order. Please email GlitterOutlet@gmail.com for custom sizing quotes.
Can anybody shop at this Wholesale Store?
The answer is YES the wholesale prices are available to everyone with internet access who can pay with PayPal or a major credit card in USD.
However, we will only ship to the USA.
Are the prices that I see on this website the final prices?
Yes, they have already been discounted, often below wholesale. All items on this site have prices listed, the prices you see next to Buy Now are the final purchase, excluding Priority 2nd Day which is Fully Insured and Trackable shipping ($4.99 ALWAYS).
Are your Gold and Silver items real or plated?
All our Gold and Silver Items are 100% Real unless specifically labeled "plated" or otherwise. Diamonds and other Gemstones are always real as listed. Gold and Silver and Genuine gemstones have their own directories. Fashion Jewelry is not mixed in with Gold/Silver.
What is your Return/Refund policy?
At GlitterOutlet.com we strive to exceed your expectations. Most items are returnable within thirty (30) days of receipt if not completely satisfied. Please return items in their original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and a return authorization number. To receive a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, call or e-mail customer service at "GlitterOutlet@gmail.com" --please provide your invoice number. Any unauthorized returns, special orders, Custom sized Rings, customized or merchandise altered/damaged in any way will not be accepted. A Restocking Fee of 15% will be charged on returns unless the item was sent in error by us. Please notify GlitterOutlet.com within 24 hours of receipt if any items are damaged or missing from your order. When we first began GlitterOutlet.com, we had partnered with RedeemMyOffer.com to give away free vacation certificates with every purchase. Because of the rise in Gold and Silver costs, we decided to discontinue that service, to keep our overall prices LOW.
